Arsenal have finally started focusing on attacking transfers after announcing a double defensive signing with the hope of confirming a further two very soon. On Tuesday, Kepa Arrizabalaga saw his move from Chelsea confirmed and to close out the week, Arsenal have announced Martin Zubimendi's switch from Real Sociedad.
With two Spaniards already in, their fellow countrymen Cristhian Mosquera of Valencia is also being targeted. An opening offer from north London was turned down but a second is imminent with the 21-year-old also having agreed personal terms.
Despite that deal being fairly advanced, Christian Norgaard is expected to be Arsenal's third arrival ahead of the 2025/26 season after a £15million deal was agreed with Brentford in June.

It appeared as though once that move was confirmed, talks for targets further forward would start advancing but that has actually already started. In the last seven days a meeting with Eberechi Eze's representatives took place while personal terms for Chelsea's Noni Madueke and Viktor Gyokeres of Sporting CP have been agreed.
The former is open to joining with the Blues bringing in three new attack and still targeting a fourth. An opening offer is on the way, with Chelsea setting their asking price at £50million, and if a full agreement is reached, he will become the fourth player to move from Stamford Bridge to Emirates Stadium in the last two-and-a-half years.
Though it looked that Arsenal needed to strengthen at left-wing, Madueke is much better on the other flank and will therefore come in as the back-up to Bukayo Saka. As for Gyokeres, talks involving both him and Benjamin Sesko had taken place for the last six weeks.
At different points, both players appeared to be the favoured signing, but it certainly now looks as though Gyokeres is the chosen striker addition.
Kai Havertz has performed admirably in the No. 9 role, but as roughly £69million (€80m) looks set to be committed to Gyokeres, it is hard to see the position not becoming his immediately. With Madueke and Sesko targeted, at least four big decisions need to be made on the left.
Rafael Leao, Ademola Lookman, Rodrygo and Eze are all potential signings, with some form of contact made for every member of that quartet. The latter is perhaps better suited to a midfield role, but he can also play out wide.
Of the four names, it is links to Rodrygo that are the strongest, with the Real Madrid star playing just 13 minutes in their latest Club World Cup outing. Despite Xabi Alonso favouring other attackers, Los Blancos are still expected to demand £77million (€90m) for his departure.
To sanction such a huge move on top of other frontline signings, an exit will be needed, and there appears to be a clear option that can be sacrificed. Leandro Trossard and Gabriel Martinelli, the two options for that left wing role, have both been linked to an exit.
Bayern Munich have added the latter to their shortlist, while Saudi Pro League club Al-Nassr are willing to pay £73million for his services. Trossard, meanwhile, also has interest from the Middle East, while Fenerbahce are also being linked.
Considering the finances involved, it is clear that Martinelli being sold is the better decision with Rodrygo arriving as his direct replacement. That scenario playing out on top of moves for Gyokeres and Madueke would see just under £200million spent and Arteta have quite the fearsome attack at his disposal.
