viewers think they know what is going on with Kit Green, and his possible downfall could be looming.
Fans are convinced he is Joel Deering's killer, while some viewers simply think he is up to no good. Killer or not, his actions on Monday night have sparked all kinds of theories.
Kit was officially declared a suspect in his own investigation on Monday, with others also tipped to be Joel's real killer. Kit's flashbacks on Monday showed him hitting the booze and confronting an already injured Joel on the night he died.
Joel threatened him over the fact Kit had planted evidence to frame Nathan Curtis for Lauren Bolton's disappearance earlier this year. Kit seemed angry with Joel, while he also saw him in a red car after it emerged someone with a red vehicle was on Joel's road the night he was killed.
Then we saw Kit deleting a withheld number from his call log that evening, with a mystery person making contact. But why would he delete it if he had nothing to hide? Was the call from the real killer, and is Kit involved?
Viewers are sure Kit is up to no good and might even be framing DS Lisa Swain for the crime amid their rivalry at work. There's also a new theory that Kit is continuing to meddle with things, and maybe the withheld number was himself.

It's not clear who called him and why and if they even had a chat. But for some reason Kit wanted the call trace gone, deleting it. Fans think they know why he did this, but this could also lead to his downfall.
Viewers pointed out that the police can locate phone records regardless of whether they have been deleted or not. Kit should know this as he's a detective, leaving fans convinced he's made a blunder that will come back to haunt him.
Might his phone records be checked leading to him being exposed? Will he have to explain himself if it becomes apparent he deleted the mystery call from the very night Joel died?
He certainly would face questioning, but what led to his blunder of his? Fans are convinced either Kit knows who killed Joel and they called him, possibly having teamed up, as others wondered if Kit had called himself from a burner phone.
Might he have been testing whether his secret phone could make calls, phoning himself to check this before deleting the evidence?
