Bank FD: IDBI Bank has extended the last date for investment in its special "Utsav FD Scheme". Now, customers can avail the benefits of this special fixed deposit till 30 September 2025. Earlier, this scheme was valid till 30 June 2025. The bank had also recently revised the interest rates of FD on 12 June, after which customers have been getting higher interest rates. (Bank FD News)
The bank will now get a minimum of 3 percent and a maximum of 6.70 percent interest on regular FD, while senior citizens will be given an extra 0.50 percent interest on FD (senior citizen fd rates). This scheme can become an excellent option for those seeking a safe investment.
Three maturity options of FD-
IDBI Bank's Utsav FD scheme gives investors three maturity options: 444 days, 555 days, and 700 days. You can invest less than Rs 3 crore in this. The highest interest rate in this scheme is available on an FD of 555 days, which makes it the most attractive option for investors.
How much return will be available on the FD?
IDBI Bank's Festive Special FD Scheme is offering attractive interest rates. On FD of 444 days, general citizens are getting 6.85% and senior citizens are getting 7.35% interest. For FD of 555 days, general investors are being given 6.90% and senior citizens are getting 7.40% interest. At the same time, on FD of 700 days, general investors will get 6.75% and senior citizens will get a 7.25% interest rate.
Different interest rates are being offered on different maturity periods in this fixed deposit scheme. The bank is giving 3% interest on FDs of 7 to 30 days. So let's know the interest rate according to the tenure.

FD of 10 to 20 years - around 4.80%
