The facility will be closed for these two days.
The Income Tax Department has informed that the e-PAN service will not be available from midnight on 17 August 2025 to 12 midnight of 19 August 2025. This service is only for those people who do not have a PAN card yet, but they definitely have a valid Aadhaar number and mobile number linked to it.
Why two days of blockage?
The Income Tax Department is doing some necessary technical work on its portal. For this reason, the facility of e-PAN will be temporarily closed from 17 to 19 August. The department has requested the users to make their planning according to this information so that there is no problem.
Why is e-PAN necessary?
