So come, today we are going to tell you how to make Sabudana Khichdi. Sabudana Khichdi is a delicious and energy-rich fruit-based option. Here are the recipes to make it in three different ways.

Although we eat many things during the fast, we should also keep in mind that, along with filling the stomach, we also get plenty of energy. So eat only healthy things.

Simple Sabudana Khichdi Recipe
Ingredients:
Sabudana – 1 cup (soaked for 4-5 hours)
Boiled potato – 1 (cut into small pieces)
Green chilli – 2 (finely chopped)


Peanuts – ¼ cup (roasted and coarsely ground)
Ghee or oil – 2 tbsp

Rock salt – to taste
Curry leaves – 6-7
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp

Method:
Wash sabudana and soak for 4-5 hours.
Heat ghee in a pan, crackle cumin seeds and curry leaves.
Add green chilli and potato and fry.
Add sabudana and peanuts, cook till they become slightly transparent.
Add rock salt, cover, and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add lemon juice and coriander and serve.
Maharashtrian Style Sabudana Khichdi
Ingredients:
Sabudana – 1 cup
Peanuts – ½ cup (roasted)
Boiled potato – 1
Green chilli – 1-2
Ginger – ½ inch (grated)
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Rock salt – to taste
Coriander leaves – finely chopped
Ghee – 1 tsp

Method:
Soak sabudana for 4-5 hours and strain.
Fry cumin seeds, green chilli, and ginger in ghee.
Add potatoes, then add sabudana and peanuts.
Add lemon juice and salt, and cook on low flame.
Garnish with coriander.

Fry almonds and peanuts first.
Before adding sabudana, cook the potatoes by adding some water.
