Indore (Madhya Pradesh): The woman school principal and librarian indulged into a physical fight at the premises of a government Eklavya School in Madhya Pradesh’s Khargone.
A video of the entire incident surfaced on social media on Saturday afternoon, which is being widely circulated at present.
In the video, it can be seen, both the officials slapped each other, pulled hair, and pushed each other. The principal also reportedly broke the librarian’s mobile phone.
The incident is said to occur on Friday morning. The matter came to light on Saturday through the video of the fight.

Fight over work-related disagreement
According to information, the two women involved in the matter were identified as Principal Praveen Dahiya and Librarian Madhurani. The fight allegedly started due to a disagreement over work-related issues.
Following the incident, both women were removed from their positions and temporarily attached to the office of Assistant Commissioner Prashant Arya.
Reports sent to Delhi
Since the Eklavya school is operated under a central government scheme, the report has been sent to Delhi for further action.
The matter reached District Collector Bhavya Mittal, who took immediate action and ordered an investigation by the Tribal Welfare Department.
Regarding the matter, Assistant Commissioner Prashant Arya stated that preliminary findings suggest the dispute was work-related. However, an in depth investigation is ongoing into the matter. Strict action will be taken based on the report submitted to higher authorities in Delhi, he added.
