The method of making Ayushman card is as follows:-
Step 1
If you are also eligible for this scheme and want to get an Ayushman card made, then first of all you have to go to your nearest Jan Seva Kendra.
Here you have to meet the concerned officer and tell them that you want to get an Ayushman card made.

Step 2
After this, your eligibility is checked and if you are eligible, then the relevant documents are taken from you and verified.
After this, your application is made by taking some information from you
