Britney Spears jumps to Justin Bieber's defence following surprise new album

Send Push

Britney Spearshas jumped onto social media to defend fellow musical artist Justin Bieber following the release of his brand new album Swag II. The 43-year-old reposed a photo of Justin on Tuesday night, which was a snap from Swag's publicity campaign. The black and white image featured Justin posing shirtless in a barn with his one-year-old son, Jack Blues, standing on his lap.

Jack Blues, who Justin shares with his wife Hailey Bieber, was wearing nothing but a diaper. The Hit Me Baby singer captioned the post: “Shame on those who judged my home in my pajamas!!! I’m in love with this picture!!! So so beautiful!!!”.

The defensive post appeared to be a response to both fans having fears about his marriage and mental health, as well as to tell people off who were worried about her for sharing photos and videos of her messy home.

While fans were recently expressing concern for his well-being, much of the speculation started to disappear after he released his new album, which has been a huge hit with his giant and loyal fanbase.

Justin's campaign to promote the album focused on styled images of the singer and his family, which has lowered the level of concern among fans.

Britney has experienced her own fair share of concern among fans, and recently left fans worried after giving a glimpse into her home life.

Britney’s defensive post follows after Justin surprisingly revealed he was releasing new music. Just eight weeks after his seventh album was released, Justin dropped a new track on streaming platforms and sent fans into a frenzy.

SWAG was Justin's seventh studio album and was released back in July after a four-year hiatus from the music scene.

With the standout single DAISIES topping the UK charts, Justin has now claimed his eighth No. 1 single in Blighty. The accolade ranks him on the all-time list of artists with the most Official UK Number 1 singles, putting him level with Oasis, The Rolling Stones and Sam Smith.

It's thought I Do could be a tribute song to his wife Hailey, who he recently celebrated his 7th wedding anniversary with. It's reported the tune will help shut down any speculation that was circulating that the pair's marriage was facing difficulties.

Lyrics from the song include "Never loved you more than I do right now" and "You will always be the one that I choose". Earlier this year fans had feared there was trouble in paradise after a Father's Day online rant from the hitmaker.
