The Duchess of Sussex’s estranged half-brother has revealed he is working on a book, which will include his memories of her childhood.
Thomas Markle Jnr, 58, is planning to finish the tome in the Philippines, where he is now living in a £500-a-month high-rise flat with his and Meghan's dad Thomas Markle Snr, 80. He said: "When my book is finished, ooh it'll be swooped up real quick cos it's getting there. I'm working on it. It's coming out.
"It's gonna be good. I really want to maybe spin off the book, then when the book gets read, the documentary will follow. I'm not a greedy person, it's not about the money, it's about the principle.

"Of course it would be nice to have a nice little cushion from selling a book, sure."
Speaking in an online video, Thomas Jnr, who is an outspoken critic of Meghan, added: "Everybody wants the book. I now have dedicated time. It's not easy moving."
The yesterday revealed Thomas Jnr and his dad are living on the densely populated island of Cebu, more than 7,000 miles away from Meghan, 43, , 40, and their kids Archie and Lilibet. The father and son had previously been staying in a three-star hotel on the island, which has a population of more than three million and some 900,000 residents exist below the poverty line.
The former glazier, who is in the process of having a large tattoo etched onto his chest, is a regular at a local sports bar on the island, where he spends his time playing pool with other expats.
Thomas, who was pictured hand-in-hand with a young woman on Saturday, is caring for his dad Thomas Snr, who is struggling with his mobility.
His dad has been seen using a walking stick to help him get around the area’s uneven roads and paths, many of which are affected by constant traffic and a humid and unforgiving climate. Thomas Snr, a former Hollywood lighting director, was seen sitting alone while resting in blistering heat outside a supermarket near his new home on Wednesday, the day after his grandson Archie’s sixth birthday, which he missed.
He has never met Archie or Lilibet, three, after becoming estranged from Meghan when she married Harry in May 2018. The Emmy award winner was due to walk the former Suits actress down the aisle at the Windsor Castle ceremony.
But has told how he was forced to pull out on doctors’ orders after two heart attacks led to his being hospitalised and having two stents inserted days before the ceremony.
Instead of being at the wedding – which was seen by an estimated two billion viewers worldwide – he watched it in an Airbnb after being discharged from hospital. Thomas Snr has told pals his decision to seek a new life abroad was because he was seeking “peace” and “kinder people”.

Speaking in January, when he revealed he was considering relocating to South East Asia, he said: “I travelled in that part of the when I was a younger man. The people are so kind and welcoming, and they are respectful to older people.
"It is a place of culture and beauty. At 80 it is time to go somewhere where the people are lovely and I can enjoy a quieter, friendlier existence."
At the time, Thomas Snr added: “I’m not running away. I am going in search of a more positive life. Every day I see something about Meghan. I wish her no ill will. My dream is that one day I could bring my whole family together, like a ‘normal’ family.”
