  • Fennel 100 gms
  • Black pepper 100 gms
  • Almonds 100 gms
  • 200 gms threaded sugar candy
    • Fennel contains vitamin A which repairs eye cells. Apart from this, fennel contains two antioxidants called lutein and zeaxanthin which protect the eyes from oxidative stress caused by screens.
    • Black pepper increases the ability to absorb nutrients and improves blood circulation.
    • Almonds are a good source of omega-3 and fatty acids. It sharpens the eye nerves and brain and makes them healthy.
    • The cooling effect of mishri is beneficial for the eyes. It helps in reducing dryness and redness in the eyes.
    How to make

    For this, first roast the fennel a little and keep it aside to cool. Similarly, roast the almonds and keep them aside to cool. Till then, crush the sugar candy and grind it in a mixer. After this, add black pepper to it and grind it well in the mixer. Now grind the cooled fennel and almonds separately in the mixer. When all the things are ground, mix all the things and grind them together in the mixer to prepare a fine powder.
