Victim Bhola Singh said that he has been married for 26 years but has no children. In February 2025, while travelling in an e-rickshaw, he met a woman named Kiran, who introduced herself as an attendant at GMCH-48. It was decided that Bhola would take five thousand rupees every month to bring and take Kiran to the hospital.
During the conversation, when Bhola said that he did not have a child, Kiran assured him that she is associated with the medical field and the orphanage and can arrange for a child for adoption. But when he did not get a child for a long time, he asked for his money back. But the accused did not return the victim's money. The victim has given all the recordings and other evidence to the police.
According to Bhola, initially he gave Kiran Rs 60,000 in cash in three installments. After this, he arranged a meeting with a doctor in Sector 32, who was wearing a white apron. The doctor asked Bhola to give the money to Kiran.
After this, Bhola gave Kiran another 1.5 lakh rupees. The victim had raised money from the committee and given the money. According to the victim, Kiran had said that she would charge four lakhs for getting a child, but she was taking only two lakhs from him.
Meeting with the doctor at Sector-32 hospital
Kiran arranged another meeting with the doctor near the police post in Sector-32 hospital. The doctor was wearing an apron and assured that the work would be done and asked Kiran to give the money. During the second meeting in Sector 32, the doctor requested an additional 50,000 rupees, which made Bhola suspicious. Later he came to know that the legal process of adoption in India is completely free.
Build trust by sending photos and videos
Bhola said that after giving the money, Kiran sent pictures of the children and a video of a crying child on WhatsApp. On getting suspicious, he started recording the conversation of the accused, in which Kiran is admitting to getting the child and taking money, while the doctor is heard asking for 50 thousand rupees and expressing fear of losing the job.
The investigating officer did not take any action
The victim filed a complaint in the SSP office in Sector-9 on July 16, which was marked for investigation in the Moulijagran police station. Bhola alleges that the investigating officer at the police station did not listen to him. Once Kiran was called to the police station, but no action was taken against her, even though she had confessed everything to the police. SHO Hariom Sharma said that a fair investigation will be done. A complaint has been received in this matter. A fair investigation will be done. - Hariom Sharma, SHO Moulijagran
