You must have eaten coconut sweets many times but have you ever tasted coconut biscuits? You can easily make them at home using coconut and flour. They are crispy and delicious in taste. They can be stored and enjoyed for 10-15 days. So let's know about their recipe.

Material

Coconut

flour

Sugar

Milk

Oil

Fennel

Semolina

Method (Recipe)

- First of all, put half a cup of sugar in the mixer. After this, add dry coconut cut into pieces along with sugar.

- Then add 1 teaspoon of thick fennel seeds and grind everything coarsely. Now take wheat flour and add semolina to it.

- Add powdered sugar, coconut, and fennel powder to the flour. After this, add 4 tablespoons of ghee to the flour and mix everything well.

- To check the kneading, make a ball of flour and see if the dough is binding or not. Now take milk to knead the dough and then add it little by little and knead a tight dough. - Add

milk gradually, little by little, and knead a hard dough.

- Divide the dough into two parts, knead each part, and roll it on a board or flat surface into a thick, flat circle which is like a thick chapati.

- Use a glass or lid to cut the dough into round biscuit shapes. Repeat the same with the remaining dough.

-Using a fork, lightly prick each biscuit with small holes, making sure they cook evenly.

-Heat the oil in a pan. Once hot, reduce the heat slightly, then carefully add the biscuits. Allow each side to cook thoroughly without flipping immediately, as this can cause the biscuits to break.

Fry until golden brown, then set them aside to cool completely.

-Once cooled, transfer the biscuits to an airtight container to store.

-Enjoy these crunchy homemade biscuits!
