According to reports, the woman has filed a petition in the court accusing her brother-in-law of rape. On the court's order, the Sadar Kotwali police registered a case and started its investigation. According to reports, on the complaint, the police said that the woman's brother-in-law Prabhudayal had an evil eye on her. He has done obscene acts with her many times before.

On the night of 23 January 2015, when the woman's husband had gone to get medicine, the brother-in-law took advantage of the situation and entered his sister-in-law's room. After this, the brother-in-law made the woman sleeping in the room a victim of his lust. Hearing the woman's screams, the children woke up and the husband also came there. After this, the accused threatened to kill them. On complaining about this, the accused's wife and daughter beat up the woman and abused her.

For this reason, the victim had pleaded in the court.

The victim had told that in this case, a complaint was first made to the Kotwali and then to the SSP, but when no action was taken, the woman pleaded in the court. The court ordered the police to register a case in this regard. The police are investigating the matter at its own level.
