ITV This Morning star 'set for I'm A Celebrity return' 15 years after jungle stint

It's reported that Alison Hammond is preparing to venture Down Under once more, 15 years after her initial appearance on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!

The This Morning host is allegedly gearing up to return to Australia to feature on the ITV programme's spin-off edition, Unpacked. This comes after reports that another former I'm A Celeb star is set to appear on the spin-off show.

Alison initially participated in the series 15 years ago in 2010. During that time, she entered as a late arrival.

Now, she is reportedly heading there early, with executives thrilled to have her involved, according to the Mirror.

An insider branded the former Big Brother contestant a "national treasure", highlighting that her "signature charm" will be warmly welcomed.

Speaking to The Sun, a source commented: "Her signature charm and infectious humour will go down a storm. She'll only be away a week so This Morning won't miss her too much."

Express.co.uk has gone to ITV for comment.

Alison has previously been candid about her original experience. She confessed she didn't relish being part of the programme due to her late arrival.

"I went in like, halfway through," she explained. "So everyone had established relationships, and I just really didn't enjoy myself at all.

"Maybe if I went in now and went in from the beginning and bonded with everyone. Basically, everyone was bonded, and I was like, Oh God, I don't really like it here."

She continued: "There was no hot water, I went into the creek and washed in cold water."

Whilst Alison is now expected to join the sister programme and share her opinions, this year's campmates were allegedly revealed this week.

The first rumoured celebrity has been spotted at the airport, gearing up for the launch of ITV's hit show.

The 2025 series of Ant and Dec's popular competition is set to begin next week, with a host of big-name participants reportedly joining.

Loose Women's Kelly Brook was seen departing from her terminal at Heathrow this week, ready for a flight to Australia. The 45-year-old looked stylish in brown loungewear for the 17-hour journey, checking in a few vintage suitcases.

The makeup free star beamed at the cameras as she strolled through the airport.

Joining Kelly, it's believed that EastEnders' Shona McGarty, reality star Jack Osbourne, TV presenter Vogue Williams and Emmerdale's Lisa Riley will be heading into the jungle.

Other rumours suggest celebrities such as comedian Ruby Wax, Youtube sensation AngryGinge, former footballer Alex Scott, Spandau Ballet's Martin Kemp, comic Eddie Kadi, rapper Aitch and Celebs Go Dating's Tom Read Wilson are expected to join the cast.

However, Nick Ferrari is reported to have withdrawn from I'm A Celebrity after his radio bosses pledged to match the show's fee.

I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! starts on November 16 on ITV from 9pm.
