Sharon Osbourne has never held back froms sharing all about her health battles. The legendary TV personality turns 73 today (October 9), and throughout her life she's been very open about it all -- the good, the bad, and the ugly.
Through her TV show The Osbournes, people witnessed the ins and outs of her family life, and even in the years after it ended Sharon continued to share her life openly and honestly.
But what health issues has she faced? It's been a lot for Sharon to battle, but she's done it all under the watchful public eye. In 2002, the former X Factor judge underwent a colonoscopy after being prompted by her husband, Ozzy Osbourne, and she was diagnosed with colon cancer in the July.

It had been diagnosed as colon cancer but was later revealed that it had spread to her lymph nodes, so they discovered the condition was more serious than they believed. Despite all of this, Sharon still insisted that MTV document the treatment for The Osbournes.
Sharon had hoped to raise awareness as she went through her treatment, which included surgery to remove part of her colon and chemotherapy as part of her treatment plan.
Years after her diagnosis, Sharon discovered she had the breast cancer gene and immediately decided she wanted to get ahead of the curve.
She told Hello! magazine at the time: "I've had cancer before and I didn't want to live under that cloud: I decided to just take everything off, and had a double mastectomy."
She described it as a "no-brainer".
Most recently, Sharon had faced a weight loss medical mystery after going on Ozempic in December 2022. She stopped taking the diabetes medication just under one year later, but after shedding 42lbs she has struggled to put the weight back on.
She previously said on Loose Women: "The injections that I was on worked and just seems now I can't put anything on." Though she has expressed her desire to put on 10lbs.
The discussion has also seen her admit to Woman Magazine that "doctors can't figure it out" when discussing her inability to put the weight back on. She added: "I think it's just because I'm getting older and as you get older you lose weight anyway and shrink and shrivel off."
Sharon has maintained an honest discussion with the public when it comes to her health, with her weight loss becoming a talking point after people spotted her significant loss during a TV interview in 2023.
