The announcement was made by Telangana Chief Minister Sri Anumula Revanth Reddy in a press conference held at his official residence at 11 AM. The much-anticipated results have brought forth stellar performances from students across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Palla Bharath Chandra from Andhra Pradesh has emerged as the state topper in the Engineering stream, while Saketh Reddy Peddakkagari from Hyderabad clinched the top rank in the Agriculture and Pharmacy stream.

A total of 2,07,190 candidates appeared for the Engineering stream in the TG EAPCET 2025, with 1,51,779 successfully qualifying. In the Agriculture and Pharmacy streams, 81,198 candidates took the exam, out of which 71,309 qualified for further rounds.

However, this criterion is waived for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) categories. Each result includes a rank card, which is mandatory for the forthcoming counseling sessions.
