The milestone came during Mumbai Indians' crucial clash against Lucknow Super Giants at the Wankhede Stadium.

Suryakumar achieved the landmark in just 2705 balls, maintaining a sensational strike rate of 147.87. His effort places him third overall on the all-time list, trailing only the legendary Chris Gayle (2653 balls) and AB de Villiers (2658 balls).
